Information you provide

When you request an estimate, we collect your contact information, company when supplied, customer role, project type and location, selected product or service, approximate opening dimensions, quantity, insulation and operation preferences, timing, optional project details, consent record, source page, and permitted campaign attribution. You may also choose to upload up to three PDF, JPEG, or PNG project files. Newsletter signup collects your email address, consent time, source page, and subscription state.

How information is used

Estimate information is used to understand the opening, review and respond to your request, deliver service communications, maintain an internal lead record, prevent abuse, and audit delivery. Uploaded files are used only to evaluate the related project. Newsletter information is used only to manage the subscription and send requested updates.

Storage and service providers

Lead and subscriber records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Optional project files are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and are available only through authorized owner actions. Configured email notifications and subscriber synchronization use Resend. A disabled CRM webhook may be enabled later only after credentials and policy review are complete.

File retention

Uploaded project files connected to leads that have not been qualified or won are scheduled for removal after 30 days. Qualified project records may be retained longer when reasonably needed for project planning, service, legal obligations, and operational records.

Analytics and consent

Optional analytics storage defaults to denied. If you allow analytics, the site may send page and interaction events through Google Tag Manager. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, project dimensions, messages, and filenames are never included in analytics events.

Your choices

You may change browser analytics choices using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Newsletter recipients can unsubscribe through the link provided in marketing email. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact form or call the business phone number shown on this site.

Security

Forms use validation, file-signature checks, a honeypot, idempotency protection, rate limiting, and optional Turnstile verification. Administration and private files require owner authorization. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
